ET Landnet are delighted to have advised and represented the Aln Valley Railway Society in successfully challenging a claimed right of way over the former railway track bed of the Alnmouth to Alnwick Railway.
If the claim had succeeded it would have prevented the Society reinstating a railway line and would have effectively ended the restoration project which had attracted much support in Northumberland.
ET Landnet have public inquiries into claimed rights of way in Kent, Devon and Buckinghamshire scheduled for the first 4 months of 2008 and inquiries in Yorkshire and West Sussex awaiting dates.
