Annie's Pantry

Annie's Pantry is a lovely little teashop situated at Springs Farm Keswick Cumbria. Located on the main route to Walla Crag and Castlerigg stone circle this converted old stable building sits alongside Brockle beck. Foods are locally sourced and cakes are homemade in the farmhouse. Open daily we serve breakfasts, lunches and teatime treats.

We also offer espresso coffee and a range of teas all made with our crystal clear spring water drawn from Walla Crag. You can sit inside the lovely stone building or outside at the waters edge, peaceful and relaxing. Muddy boots and dogs are welcome, Annie's pantry is also wheelchair accessible.

Annie's Pantry is located at Springs Farm in Keswick, until recently a working dairy farm now breeding beef animals. Annie's pantry is a charming little teashop on the edge of Springs Wood, the main walking route to Walla Crag and Rakefoot stone circle, we renovated the old stables to create an idyllically situated teashop sitting alongside Brockle Beck.

We are open daily from March to December and offer locally sourced foods to provide breakfasts, lunches and teas, cakes made in the farmhouse are always a favourite with our carrot cake becoming a little bit famous! Annies's pantry welcomes everyone wet or dry, and dogs too. We are also wheelchair accessible.

On site we also have a small shop, The Lake District Emporium (!) selling locally made/sourced goods including the well known Chimney Sheep made from Herdwick wool (stuff it up your chimney and keep the heat in your house). The Emporium serves Hartleys Ice Cream a big favourite due to the wide range of flavours of this deliciously creamy treat.

Many gifts are available, from handmade walking sticks to Kendal mint cake, rugs and furniture made on the farm (pick up and pay or place your order at the Emporium). We offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation and self catering cottages too. Springs Farm is a beautifully located holding and although we are only 1 mile from the market town of Keswick when you're here you can feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
