Bybrook Alpacas

Bybrook Alpacas started life in Wiltshire and relocated to rural West Wales in late 2014. Having three large fields and animal sheds makes life a lot easier when doing any animal husbandry and we all enjoy being in Wales. We now offer holidays on our farm, as well as luxurious hand knitted alpaca wool products.

Bybrook Hideaway
Bybrook hideaway is part of Lan Farm which occupies an area of about 15 acres in the foothills of the Preseli Mountains. This is a very peaceful, secluded location with views across a picturesque valley. At Bybrook Hideaway you will not be disturbed by any road traffic or other people.

You may see a tractor working in the fields nearby but you are much more likely to to see a buzzard or a red kite circling the valley looking for its lunch. Lan Farm is also home to a small herd of alpacas, a couple of naughty Shetland ponies, a few chickens producing free-range eggs and a small flock of sheep which love to see visitors! You are very welcome to meet any of these animals while you stroll around the fields.

We invite you to share our hideaway in our luxury horsebox conversion or our log pod. Why not spend a night watching the stars, a day bird watching or walking in the hills. Or even just reading a book with the only distraction being the view.

Bybrook Hideaway is far enough away from civilisation for you to to relax and reconnect with nature whilst having kitchen and bathroom facilities on hand.

The local pub is 3 miles away, there are two local shops within 3 miles and the small town of Narberth with it’s attractive high street shops, coffee shops and restaurants is only 8 miles away.

Beaches such as Pendine Sands, Wisemans Bridge and Saundersfoot are only 30 minutes drive away and within an hour you can reach most of the West Wales Coastal Path. For younger people local attractions include Folly Farm, Dinosaur Park and Heatherton, Clerkenhill and Manor Farm Wildlife Park.
