Nestling on the North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire border between the villages of Stapleton and Darrington, Dovecote Park Ltd is proud to be the sole beef supplier to Waitrose, food shops of the John Lewis partnership. Established in November 1997 to become a dedicated beef processing plant to Waitrose, we are committed to supplying products which are safe, comply with all relevant legislation and are of the highest standard of quality.
