Linewatch is a joint initiative between BPA, Centrica Energy, ConocoPhillips, E-ON, Essar, Esso Petroleum Co Ltd, Government Pipelines and Storage System, Humbly Grove Energy, IGas, INEOS, Mainline Pipelines Ltd, Manchester Jetline Ltd, Marchwood, National Grid, Sabic, Total, and Wingas. Between them, the 17 participants account for some 14,000 km of buried oil/gas pipelines in England, Wales and Scotland.
