Newfield Dairy Ice Cream

Our ice cream is handmade at the parlour using fresh milk and cream from local dairy herds. We always have 16 yummy flavours available including sorbets, and where possible we use the best of nature’s bounty from the local area to produce seasonal flavours. Our ‘damsons and cream’ ice cream, made using fruit from our own and friends’ hedgerows was a great summer success, and our Apple and Cinder Toffee Ripple ice cream made using Southwell’s very own Bramley apples proved a hit at the annual Bramley apple festival.
