As well as stocking the best of local products, we also use beef from our on site working farm. We work with local Pembrokeshire butchers and use tried and tested Pembrokeshire suppliers. By doing this, we are celebrating the best of Pembrokeshire produce, lowering the food miles on all our products and showcasing the 'Gate to Plate' philosophy.
