We offer a large and seasonally biased range of fresh vegetables and fruit that are displayed loose (and not packaged) for you to choose exactly what you need.

Our home grown organic vegetables are available as they come into season, the range gets bigger every year. It may include some varieties you will be trying for the first time, but there is always someone on hand to give you some good cooking tips or a recipe.

Home reared organic meat and poultry is one of the things we do best! Our organic beef, lamb and pork are available fresh and frozen along with sausages and bacon. If you have a particular occasion in mind it is a good idea to call and place an order ... popular cuts sell fast!

Our oven ready whole organic chickens are something we are very proud of; our customers often say this is chicken with flavour, as it used to be. Reared, slaughtered and dressed on the farm this is a unique product.

In the Roots Bakehouse we bake exceptional quality wholemeal, malted, seeded and sourdough loaves. These are our own recipes developed using traditional baking techniques, nothing artificial, just flour (locally milled at Shipton Mill Gloucestershire), water, yeast and salt ... and lots of time! And of course Meg’s homemade cakes, the Lemon Drizzle Cake is legendary.
