This Scottish Borders 4* visitor attraction is a family run establishment set on the banks of the River Teviot.

We are open 7 days a week 9.00am - 5.00pm including bank holidays and we look forward to welcoming you to our friendly, peaceful and picturesque rural oasis in the heart of the Borderlands.
