Tryac
For over 40 years Tryac engineers have been involved with conveying projects for the movement of grain. This includes any incorporations to the routes of dryers, cleaners, gravity separators and colour sorters and many more route requirements.
Our engineers are involved in new installations but are also able to modify existing control systems for new stores and equipment. To also incorporate programmable controllers to automate existing sites to improve system operation. And to reduce grain blockages and downtime of the conveying line.
We produce three levels of control systems to allow for the cost needs of the customer.
Simplistic Mimic Displays
CLEAR, RELIABLE, STRAIGHTFORWARD
A traditional mimic panel with a printed or engraved layout of your grain store showing conveyor routes, bins and equipment. Push-button controls and LED indicators give the operator a clear, at-a-glance view of what’s running and where grain is being routed.
HMI Display Systems
TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL & VISUALISATION
A colour touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) replaces the traditional mimic with an interactive, graphical display of your entire grain handling system. Operators can start routes, monitor equipment status and view alarms all from a single screen — with the option for automated route selection.
Full SCADA Control Systems
COMPLETE SUPERVISORY CONTROL
For large-scale and commercial grain handling operations, our full SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems provide centralised monitoring and control of your entire facility. PLC-driven automation with PC or tablet-based supervision, remote access capability and comprehensive data logging.
All conveying systems take into account the need for a flexible control system. With cost management in mind, we pride ourselves on using good quality products that ensure continued use of the product.
Our engineers specialise in the electrical Control, crop drying and cooling for grain stores and grain storage areas. We design and install fan panels and control panels, for drying and cooling grain. Either using ambient RH drying conditions or installing heaters for RH correction drying or temperature drying. We specialise in several different products for a grain store, we are currently developing offsite monitoring for crop cooling and ventilation, and to show running statuses of equipment on site.
Drying grain products
Relative Humidity drying use our AHC COMBI MARK6. Low temperature RH drying use our Heatwave heaters RH20D digital humidity sensor is used in all our products.
Cooling grain products
Differential temperature controllers for control panels DTC2 Differential controller starter panel complete with wired temperature grain spears.
DTC3 differential controller starter panel complete with wireless temperature grain spears, RH sensor for store RH monitoring, this controller can also activate extraction fans inside the store. This product can also be monitored offsite using the DTC3 app dashboard.
