STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT LAND - We specialise in advising landowners on how to promote their land for residential, employment and mixed use development land schemes. We have over 17 years experience of working in this area.
ENTITLEMENT TRADING – Single Payment Entitlements are a valuable asset tradable separately from land. We have highly specialized knowledge and are market leaders buying and selling Entitlements for Farmers, Landowners and Institutions.

SUSTAINABILITY – Many of our Clients are committed to protecting and enhancing the environment at all levels. So are WebbPaton. We advise on many varied issues such as Manure Management Plans, Renewable Energy Schemes and Environmental Alleviation Programmes for developments of varying sizes. We have completed numerous Entry Level Stewardship Scheme Applications and, since it inception, have been one of the biggest users of ELS Online., DEFRA’s high tech applications platform. We anticipate that individual farmers will shortly be required to measure their Carbon Footprint and reduce their farm’s emissions. We are already doing this for some of our Clients. We also expect that our Clients will be able to Trade ‘Carbon Quotas’ soon and we’re ready to advice and act. FARM WASTE RECYCLING – We practice what we preach! WebbPaton XS is our wholly owned Diversification Scheme running a collection service for waste plastic and cardboard. We have farming and equestrian members across southern England and bale the plastic and cardboard we receive before sending it for recycling.
