We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art, purpose-built packing station, spanning an impressive 10,000 square feet.

A Leap Forward in Egg Packing Technology
Our new facility boasts a cutting-edge grader capable of grading, weighing, and packing up to a staggering 54,000 eggs per hour. Featuring seven lanes, it’s versatile enough to pack eggs into generic, bespoke, or your very own brand packaging. Whether it’s 6 packs, 10 packs, 12 packs, 18 packs, or neatly placing graded products onto 30-cell trays for our valued catering customers, we’ve got you covered.

Investing in Efficiency
But it doesn’t stop at machinery. We’ve invested in two new 26-ton rigid trucks that have joined our fleet. This strategic move reduces our reliance on outside haulage and brings all our distribution in-house. This, in turn, gives us greater control over our products, ensuring that they reach you in pristine condition and on time, every time.
