Our show began in 1947 – since when it has grown to include many exciting main ring attractions, animals galore, plenty of food – and shopping opportunities too!
We’re a charity, run entirely by volunteers; and we aim to give over £20,000 every year to local charities.
A wide variety of Light Horse Classes are held attracting entries from Hunters to Hackers to Arabs and New Forest Ponies with many of these classes being qualifiers for national competitions.
Show jumping classes are held throughout the day and are a major attraction to both the general public and the competitor alike. Heavy Horse displays are always a very popular sight at the show.
