The Llandysul & District Agricultural Show, established in 1874, is recognized as the largest one-day event in Wales. Its primary objective is to promote improvements in the breeding of cattle, horses, and sheep, encourage excellence in garden produce, and support the manufacturing industry. The show features a wide array of classes for heavy and light horses, various breeds of cattle and sheep, a horticultural section encompassing produce, preserves, and handicrafts, and a novelty dog section. Attendees can also enjoy attractions such as vintage vehicle displays, YFC competitions, a foxhound display, trade stands, and a craft/food fair marquee.
