Course overview
This course will consist of elements made up from a combination of curriculum areas over 2 years. For example Landbased (garden habitats, planting in a container), Environmental Studies (environmental awareness), Sport and Leisure (recognise sport and leisure opportunities, review sport and leisure activity), Animal Care (understanding animals), Hospitality (sustainability, menu planning, basic food preparation and cooking, customer service skills and food hygiene and safety)
