Course overview
The deer control and management landscape has changed over the last decade and is set to change rapidly. The Government’s tree planting and carbon sequestration plans are now underway to helpreverse the climate emergency. Our specialist team have been dynamic enough to respond to the needs of deerstalkers considering the changing landscape. But we have been robust enough to meet the challenges from inside and outside the industry. The national deer population is increasing at its highest rate ever. The COVID pandemic has been instrumental in causing the numbers of wild deer to spiral out of control. Our wildlife training partners make it their business to identify changes in the industry that affect deer controllers and management efficiency. This new course is designed to equip deerstalkers with the skills and knowledge needed to be consistently efficient at culling deer. It is with this in mind that our Advanced Culling Techniques (ACT) Course was born. Our trainers are distinct from almost all other training providers in the UK.
