Course overview
The full-time BTEC Technical Diploma in Agriculture Level 2 is a 1-year course which provides the skills to progress to a more advanced qualification or work in the agricultural industry. The course will prepare you to work with livestock, crops and learn about machinery operations, plant and soil management and introduce you to the agricultural industry. You will undertake an extended work placement with an employer to support your understanding of the industry. You will learn about the wider agricultural industry including a variety of industry jobs such as farm co-ordinator, livestock person, agronomy and machinery operator.
