Apprenticeship Subjects may include: routine husbandry, cultivating sites for planting crops, maintaining and storing records within the workplace, maintain site hygiene and bio security, record keeping and prepare and use tractors and attachments.Apprenticeships include:
Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Work-based Agriculture (QCF)ESW Communication SkillsESW Application of Number SkillsIndustry certificates of competencesEmployment Rights and ResponsibilitiesLearners must be:Living/ working in Wales (must meet eligibility criteria)Employed for at least 16 hours each week throughout the apprenticeshipEmployer Incentive: Your employer may be able to claim up to £3,500 towards the cost of your training (Subject to eligibility criteria).What will the qualification lead to?After completing level 2 and 3 learners can progress onto:Higher Apprenticeship in AgricultureLevel 4 Certificate in Agricultural ManagementLevel 4 Diploma in Agricultural Business Management.
