Highly regarded in its own right, the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture is accepted as an entry to higher education, as an alternative to A levels, allowing students with sufficient grades to progress to degree level.
This course is delivered as two qualifications, each a year long (usually a national or 90 credit diploma in year one and the extended diploma in year two). Students who are 18 years old when they start year one, will therefore be 19 at the start of year two, and may be subject to fees for the year two qualification. All learners will need to successfully complete the year one qualification to be able to progress to the year two qualification.
