Agriculture is broad and challenging sector, and consequently the course is designed to develop a breadth of knowledge across a range of sectors. Our agriculture courses provide an understanding of modern agricultural production systems and the underlying scientific and technological principles. Facilities:Purpose built Agricultural resource centre970 acre commercial farm designed to demonstrate principles in practice and the application of scientific, technological and business principles to commercial agricultural and food production.Where will I study?You will be based at our Llysfasi campus in our purpose built Agricultural resource centre. Llysfasi is located in Ruthin, North East Wales. Farm enterprises: You will have full access to our 970 acre commercial farm which comprises of 230 cow dairy herd, Beef and Sheep enterprises, alongside a range of Forage crop production.What subjects will I study?The course consists of a combination of the following units:
