Course overview
The course is for students who are interested in developing the specific technical and professional skills/ knowledge vital for the animal care industry. You will explore a wide range of industry areas including animal care and management, zoos, wildlife, and applied science subjects (comparative anatomy & genetic inheritance).In the 2nd year of the course, you can select 1 of 2 pathways. You can select Zoo or Domestic routes to better suit your interests and career aspirations.You also study a Level 3 Certificate in Quantitative Problem Solving and the EPQ (Extended Project Qualification).
