ATV Sit-Astride Quad Bike

This one day LANTRA run training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in the operation and maintenance of a Sit-Astride ATV Quad Bike. It introduces trainees to the hazards and risks involved with operating an ATV and to comply with health and safety legislation. The length of training is one day which covers a mix of both theory and driving the ATV on varied terrain with integrated assessment. Maximum trainees on the course is 4. We recommend refresher training be undertaken every 3-5 years.
