Course overview
This short duration course is designed for those who have agricultural knowledge but may not be fully familiar with all that is required and covered by the Single Payment Scheme (SPS) relative to Conservation issues. Conservation Management needs care and attention on farm, to soil, air, water, wildlife, the environment and biodiversity of species. The course is ideally suited to those managing farms, both directly as farm managers or indirectly as land agents or management consultants. Anyone involved in estate management on a broader scale would also benefit from this course.It will also be of interest to those who have qualified for the BASIS Professional Register and wish to gain CPD points.The module can be used towards the BASIS Diploma in Agronomy
