Decision Making and Problem Solving

Decision Making has been designed to provide supervisors and managers with the opportunity to update their management techniques and to develop their interpersonal skills.

The course is presented in a workshop style, and there are no "lecture" style sessions.Currently, there are four interlinking workshops which are:

Taking Charge, Getting Better Results, Enhanced Communication, Problem Solving, and Decision Making.

You can take any, or all, of these separate workshops as is necessary as each workshop is a stand-alone event.

The course will cover topics such as:

Learning styles
Implications for the team
The decision making process
Decision making practise
Problem solving process
Problem solving practise
Gaining & sustaining commitment to change
Coping with change
Overcoming resistance to change.
