Course overview
Decision Making has been designed to provide supervisors and managers with the opportunity to update their management techniques and to develop their interpersonal skills.The course is presented in a workshop style, and there are no "lecture" style sessions.Currently, there are four interlinking workshops which are: Taking Charge, Getting Better Results, Enhanced Communication, Problem Solving, and Decision Making.You can take any, or all, of these separate workshops as is necessary as each workshop is a stand-alone event.The course will cover topics such as:Learning stylesImplications for the teamThe decision making processDecision making practiseProblem solving processProblem solving practiseGaining & sustaining commitment to changeCoping with changeOvercoming resistance to change.
