What will you learn?
This four-week course will provide you with knowledge and understanding of the key principles of healthy eating, exploring the links between nutrition, health and wellbeing. We will consider healthy eating guidelines and provide an opportunity for learners to reflect on their own diet and wellbeing. In addition, by reviewing contemporary matters such as allergies and food labelling, the course provides learners with the ability to identify healthier options for themselves and their families.
