Contour Training Ltd provide forward tipping dumper training courses accredited by Lantra Awards, CPCS and NPORS for anyone who uses or will be using a wheeled or tracked forward tipping dumper in the land-based or construction industries.Forward tipping dumpers are involved in around a third of all construction transport accidents, causing many deaths and serious injuries, particularly to drivers. The main causes of dumper accidents are:- overturning on slopes and rough ground- travelling with a high lift skip in its raised position- driver thrown from vehicle when travelling over rough ground- accidental operation of controls due to operator lack of experience and training Many of these accidents can be avoided by having a well-trained and certified work force.
