With the HNC Construction Management for England (HTQ Status), you can explore your passion for construction and gain the skills you need to meet the demands of the construction sector and adapt to a constantly changing world.
This Design and Build Technician pathway will provide you with core skills required to progress onto a range of careers in construction, specifically those related to tender and procurement or building information modelling. You will develop your confidence to work across different business functions and to lead, manage, respond to change, and tackle a range of complex construction situations.
Additionally, this course provides you with an understanding of the major impact that new innovative digital technologies have on the construction environment, and you will have the chance to choose from optional modules in digital applications for construction information or building information modelling to enhance your understanding.
