Who is the Course For? All those working within the food industry who have a responsibility for the introduction and maintenance of a HACCP system. It is a pre-requisite that trainees have Intermediate Food Hygiene training or equivalent before attending the course.

Course Content: Analyse potential foods hazards, Identify the points in the food operation at which food hazards may occur, Decide which of the points identified in the food operation are critical to food safety, Develop control and monitoring procedures , Differences between hazard analysis at critical control points (HACCP) and generic food safety management systems
