Our hands-on Italian baking workshop will put you through your paces as a baker!
Learning how to work with high hydration doughs to create a wonderful open structured crumb. You will learn to make:
a classic ciabatta
a rosemary and sea salt focaccia
delicious grissini bread sticks
sweet treats
twice baked biscotti biscuits
and some simple but absolutely delicious amaretti biscuits
We guarantee you will leave the classroom saying “Bella Cottura”
