Course overview
PA1 is the foundation module that you will complete on day one of this course. This module is necessary for anyone involved with pesticide use.You will be tested on PA1 on the second day of training in the morning via an online test which lasts one hour. PA1 is the mandatory unit you must pass before being allowed on your practical assessment. On the second and part of the third day of this course you will study the PA6A Hand Held Applicator. This module is designed to teach you how to apply pesticides from a knapsack sprayer. For the remainder of the third day you will study the PA6W Water module of this course. This section will cover application to water using hydraulic nozzles or rotary atomizer-type sprayers.If you have not gained your PA1 before your practical PA6A assessment is due, your fees will still be forfeited. If you wish to take your PA1 again you will incur an additional fee of £76. A security deposit is required for the use of equipment. Details will be provided at the time of booking.You will learn
