Course overview
The Level 5 Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) course is a work-based programme aimed at anyone who has completed A-Level or equivalent qualifications. Apprentices earn while learning to gain a Foundation Degree in Food and Drink Manufacture, validated by Ulster University. The programme aims to develop employees to have strong technical background to progress their employment with agri-food businesses.Year 1
