Course overview
This is a half day course and you will learn the skills of manual handling, using theory and practice. You will appreciate the types of injuries caused by using incorrect techniques, and how you can stay safe whilst performing different tasks.It is important that manual handling is done correctly to avoid injury to yourself. Attending this course will give you the skills to understand the the risks involved with handling different objects correctly.
