Plant & Machinery Plant Loader Securer

This training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in the safe operation of plant loader securer. It introduces trainees to the procedures for loading a vehicle (Roller, Wheeled & Tracked) with due regard for safety of the loader and persons coming into contact with the vehicle or its load; the distribution of vehicle loads and consequences of overloading; penalties fines and prohibitions and the different methods for securing different types of loads and the principles of vehicle stability. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training covers a mix of both theory and practical elements.
