To support learners into the workplace devised through an individualised programme with key transitional support.
This course is designed for learners with an EHCP who have progressed as far as they can within education and wish to progress into work. Our expert team offer support and guidance to enable you to reach your full potential.
Working in partnership with employers as well as our Stanmer Campus, One Garden Brighton facilities, we devise individual programmes of study for each learner to become work ready. Learners will have the opportunity to continue improving their English and Math skills.

What support will be offered?
A learning programme will be designed to meet the individual student’s needs and help them fulfil their aspirations. Learners will have a dedicated Job Coach whilst on work placements to assist with developing the skills they require for employment. Regular progress reviews will be held in partnership with the learner. This may include parents, carers and other professionals, including the employer.
