Course overview
This course aims to provide you with a strong foundation for pursuing a career in animal care, agriculture, horticulture, or countryside and the environment.While studying you will focus on practical skills and knowledge while learning the importance of sustainability and responsible land use. Alongside this, you will study The King’s Trust qualification (formerly the Prince’s Trust) which includes practical projects-based learning and working within the community.This course is for young people aged 16 to 19 (or 19 to 24 year olds with an EHCP) with a willingness to work outdoors and an interest in the land-based courses we offer.
