Arable operator job /general farm worker - lincolnshire

We are a family based farming business based in South Lincolnshire specialising in packing potatoes, sugar beet, vining pea and cereal production. Forward thinking and an openness to try new production techniques, this could be a great opportunity for the right person.


We are looking for a hardworking, experienced individual to become a key member of our team. Working closely with the owner and farm manager who set and expect high standards. Running modern machinery and good facilities, you will be expected to work on your tasks independently and also part of the wider team.


PA1, PA2, PA4, Telehandler and GPS experience advantageous, however, continuous training updates will be provided.


Remuneration will be dependent on experience and in line with current trends. Modern on farm housing can be made available if required.
