Assistant herdperson job - north wiltshire

for a forward thinking, dedicated family dairy farm in north wiltshire.

450 cows in good facilities with high standards achieving 10,000 litres on 2 x milking. a closed herd of holsteins with high genetic merit.

working with family and herd manage, the position is five days per week, including alternate weekends. milking at least three days per week. general cow care, calf rearing and yard work.

one bedroom, modern accommodation in pleasant location on the farm. council tax, electric, water, wi-fi and heating included.

the right candidate will have a keen enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and develop into the role. training will be offered.
