Beef herdsperson / general farm worker job - powys

progressive family farm in powys.

the job consists mainly of day to day care of circa 1000 head of finishing beef cattle.

main roles include:

• feeding over multiple sites



• straw blowing



• telehandler driving (new, pivot steer telehandlers)



• sorting cattle



• other work as we are a mixed farm but predominantly beef work.

we are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy and seeking a long term position.

the job is quite varied day to day and you will be expected to organise yourself most of the time.
