Dairy herdsperson job on organic north devon farm

we are looking for a motivated herdsperson with a proven track record to join our dynamic team, farming on the beautiful north devon coastline.

our new herdsperson will be confident in grass measuring, grazing block management, also data inputting & collection & will carry out regular parlour duties. experience in a.i. & foot trimming would be an advantage & a willingness to learn new skills is essential.

we work very much as a team & we are proud winners of the 'cream awards' farm team award 2025.

our organic farm has 370 autumn calving cows, grazed during the summer months, cubicle housed & tmr fed during the winter months.

we have a well maintained machinery & infrastructure with a 32/64 parlour with auto-segregation & auto footbath.

for our calves we have modern calf housing with milk pasteuriser & an e.i.d. weigh system.

our staff work a 5 day week, including a day off every weekend & a modern 3 bedroomed house is available on-site with far reaching sea views. shops, schools & amenities are within a 5 minute drive.

a competitive renumeration package is available, based on experience.
