dispatch operator - organic fresh produce

- work collaboratively as part of the dispatch and yard team, supporting daily operations.

-communicate effectively with the packhouse supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.

-ensure all customer orders leave the yard on time and to specification.

-operate a forklift efficiently and safely.

-help manage fresho (order platform), including monitoring incoming orders, adding notes, and printing picking slips.

-work closely with the organic manager and casual/harvest manager, reporting any quality issues spotted, as they are based out in the fields.

-carry out stock takes of ifco crates, cardboard boxes, and other packaging materials.
