About the role
As an Egg Room Operative, working as part of the Hatchery Team, you’ll help assist the hatchery and play a key role in the daily duties which are fundamental to our entire business.
Pulling the day sets.
Setting of eggs at designated time.
Unloading egg lorries.
Fumigation of eggs.
Sorting and storing eggs in flocks.
Traying eggs from farm trolleys to setter trolleys. (weight of trays between 9kg – 13kg lifting above head height)
Daily hygiene tasks.
Unloading/loading via forklift, (training will be given)
