highly mechanised progressive large arable farming company based in essex requires competent machinery operators and general farm workers for harvesting season june 2026 to october 2026.
we run a modern fleet of new hollands and decent kit.
varied work from hay (all bale baron & packed) to grain carting and other trailer/implement work. as well as harvest work there will be other farming duties that are required around the farm or on our other local farms.
the candidate:
must have previous experience working on an arable farm
must be able to operate the large modern machinery
fork-lift licence would be an advantage
must have a full uk driving licence and valid work permit
this is a great opportunity for someone to learn new skills and gain experience working on a large arable farm and diversified farming business.
plenty of hours available and a great fun team to be part of.
accommodation will be provided for single persons. full wi-fi, lounge, shared kitchen and new bathroom, separate modern bedrooms.
