General farm worker job based in dorset

we have a position for a capable, committed and conscientious general farm worker. they will join the team looking after a block spring calving herd of 250 dairy cows plus followers, on a 1200 acre mixed farming enterprise. this is a hands-on role suited to someone with practical skills and livestock experience who is comfortable being part of a motivated team where everyone contributes.

duties include (but are not restricted to):

•relief milking

•daily livestock care

•grassland and field management

•machinery operation and maintenance

•general farm and land upkeep
