an exciting opportunity has arisen for a general farm worker to join a dedicated team on a 3,000-hectare estate in norfolk.

this is a varied, hands-on role ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across different aspects of modern agriculture.

key responsibilities:

assisting with harvest operations

secondary cultivations

establishment and maintenance of countryside stewardship schemes

loader work (telehandler/tractor)

general farm duties

machinery maintenance and workshop tasks

the ideal candidate will:

have a flexible and positive attitude to work

be capable of working both independently and as part of a team

possess good practical and mechanical skills

have experience operating agricultural machinery (preferred)

be willing to work extended hours during busy periods
