Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile General Farm Worker for our large-scale arable farm in Cambridgeshire. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with a strong foundation in farm operations, machinery, and workshop skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Fieldwork: Conduct drilling, Cultivations and Grain Handling to support our arable unit throughout the growing season.
Telehandler Operations: Assist with telehandler work during peak summer months, supporting during harvest and other seasonal activities.
Workshop Maintenance: Perform repairs, servicing, and fabrications to maintain the farms equipment and machinery.
Adaptable Support: Flexibly assist with additional tasks around the farm, ensuring operations run smoothly year-round.
Requirements:
Experience in drilling, cultivations
Workshop and maintenance.
Proficiency in telehandler use is beneficial.
Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse tasks across the farm.
