we are looking for experienced tractor operators to join our team for harvest 2026. youll be working across our farm and straw contracting business using a modern fleet of:

• valtra tractors

• massey ferguson 2270 balers

• heath super chasers

were a friendly, long established family business in the heart of lincolnshire. the role will be big square baling or bale chasing as well as grass work operations and carting.
