would suit an enthusiastic individual who has experience of a large arable farming operations.

3,500 acre arable farming business operating from two main sites in south northamptonshire and buckinghamshire, growing wheat, beans and spring oats.

looking for 1 harvest worker

main duties to include:- grain carting from lexion 780 with modern john deere tractors and bailey trailers, jcb telehandler work, topping, secondary cultivations and general farm work when not busy harvesting.

the ideal candidate must be a team player, willing to learn, with good machinery skills, flexible approach and a "can do attitude". must be willing to work flexible and long hours when needed. full driving licence required and telehandler ticket an advantage.

finishing date is flexible.
