herdsperson job based in cumbria

we are looking for a hardworking enthusiastic herdsperson to join our team for a permanent position.

we run a high yielding, 350 pedigree holstein, tmr fed, ayr calving herd, which we milk twice a day.

the position is part of a valued hardworking team, and the work will be interesting and varied along with milking duties.

the successful candidate:

a practical person with good attention to detail

good hygiene and stockpersonship are essential

good communication skills are essential

additional training can be given to the appropriate enthusiastic person.
