Your Role
You will be working with the team to ensure the smooth running of the dairy unit. Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Daily duties with the herd and ensuring animal welfare is the top priority.
- Milking to a high standard as part of a team and ensuring the parlour is kept clean and safe to operate.
- Treating & identifying illnesses and informing the team of any observations.
- Keeping basic records and compliance up to date.
- Liaising with vets, nutritionists and consultants for the farm.
- Supporting with dry cow management, calving cows and colostrum protocols.
- Keeping the overall farm tidy and safe to operate.
- General stockperson & yard work and machine maintenance.
Qualifications & Licenses required
- A full UK Driving license.
- Telehandler & Forklift License desirable but not essential.

- Demonstrate previous experience in dairy farming, especially experience in milking.
