We are looking for a competent and dedicated herdsperson for our 380 cow Autumn calving herd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for twice daily milking, herd health, parlour maintenance and cleanliness, and record keeping. The ability to foot trim would be an advantage.
The 10,000 litre herd is milked through a external 40 point rotary. Cows calve from 1st September to 30th November, and graze from March to October.
In return, we are offering a competitive salary, a three bedroom family house on site and regular time off.
